Access to and use of 62club is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility criteria:
Underage Gambling Prohibition: It is a serious offence under 62club policy to allow persons under the age of 21 to use this platform. 62club reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time and will permanently close any account found to be held by an underage individual, forfeiting all associated funds.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on 62club. Creating multiple accounts, whether in the Player's own name or using false identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds associated with the duplicate accounts.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information at all times. 62club reserves the right to verify all information provided. Any material discrepancy may result in account suspension pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 62club strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You agree to notify 62club immediately at if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Player accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any associated funds or benefits to any third party, nor may you acquire an account from another Player. Any such transfer will render the account immediately void.
62club is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of our obligations, we require Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals and may require such verification at other stages of the player relationship.
Players are required to provide the following documents upon request:
KYC verification is typically completed within 2 to 6 business hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to 24 hours. You will be notified via your registered email address upon verification completion or if additional documents are required.
62club may request additional verification documents at any time if our security team identifies unusual account activity or if a withdrawal request exceeds standard thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

All deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a maximum of 10 minutes of confirmed receipt by 62club's payment processor. 62club does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 62club accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity on the following business day. 62club reserves the right to apply enhanced review procedures to withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50,000,000, which may extend processing time to up to 24 hours.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 62club reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50,000 to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. The remaining balance is always available for withdrawal upon request following successful re-verification.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 62club are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 requires total valid wagers of Rp 1,000,000 to be placed before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
62club operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across accounts or platforms to guarantee a risk-free outcome (arbitrage), or using any other mechanism designed to circumvent the intent of a promotional offer. Any such activity will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential permanent ban.
Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds and associated free bets expire 7 calendar days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance and cannot be reinstated.
62club reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the applicable bonus terms in full.
62club reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) the bet exceeds the applicable maximum stake limit; (b) the relevant event has already commenced at the time the bet is placed; or (c) a system error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: event cancellation; abandonment of a sports event before the minimum required play has been completed; manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error; or any other circumstance specified in the sport- or game-specific rules published on the platform.
For mix parlay (accumulator) wagers, all selections must win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If any single selection in the accumulator is voided, that selection is removed and the parlay continues with the remaining selections at revised odds. The minimum number of valid selections for a mix parlay to stand is two.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid changes in odds and market availability. 62club cannot guarantee that a bet placed during a live event will be confirmed before the relevant match situation changes. In the event of a delay in confirmation, the bet will be settled at the odds valid at the time the wager was accepted by 62club's system.
All virtual games, slots, and togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) draws on 62club are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by any party, including 62club staff.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 62club platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

In summary, 62club collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, verify player identity, process payments, and deliver customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

62club reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or (d) any behaviour that 62club reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all bonus funds, free bets, and unredeemed loyalty points will be immediately and irrevocably forfeited. Any pending bets placed prior to account closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any resulting winnings credited before the final balance is returned.
62club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 62club will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 13.2.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 62club holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits 62club's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent unauthorised platform access.
Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is subject to ongoing legal development. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the 62club platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. 62club makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in all jurisdictions.
